Wishful Thinking

Morning

Today I have a layout to show you using the latest Fancy Pants, Wishful Thinking range of papers.

I absolutly love this range of papers, but seriously this page took me ages to do! I mean days and days it really made me loose my mojo! So I left it and went on to other projects. But the other night I sat down in my scrap room to make a page for the Papermaze blog and I made myself finnish it.

I love the papers and photos, but after I had arranged those I just didnt know where else to go with it. In the end I went for good old butterflys. I think its ok, but I think I will never be totally happy with it because I know it took me so long to do. But never mind eh, its done.

I would also like to thank those who have so far entered my little giveaway below. There is still time for those of you that haven't. I am going to choose a winner on Saturday night via Random.org. So you have until 7pm Saturday!

Can I also remind you that you need to leave a comment and follow this blog to be entered.

Check out the post below for more information. But the giveaway is for this frame, and some of the bits used to make it.

See you soon

~House Frame & Giveaway~

Whilst shopping at the weekend I found this georgous frame. They also had a bigger one which was even nicer, I wanted to get it, but with the other things I had brought I just couldn't justify the big one, so I went for the smaller one!

Whilst in the same shop I brought a few bits to alter, as I really don't do it as much as I do layouts and I do enjoy it.

So this was the first item of those I brought to alter.

After seeing lots of recent inspiration from Wendys blog, who if you follow her blog, Im sure you'll know she has been making some beautiful altered frames lately. I was inspired to come up with this design. Using Jenni Bowlin butterflys to drawn around and Basic Grey Origins Paper. I titled it 'home' and I have put it up in my living room!

I think it could have been better, but I am fairly pleased with the finnished result.

Some close-ups..

Now, for the first time on this blog I am offering you a chance to win one of these frames and the paper and pin that you need to make it (paper will only be the size needed, rather than the whole sheets.)

Thats a prize worth about £5.

I am offering this giveaway in the hope of attracting more people to my blog and making it a bit more interesting for my current readers. My way of saying thank you to you all.

So if you would like the chance to win, you need to be a follower of my blog and leave a comment on this post by Saturday 10th July at 7pm UK Time (thats 5 days from today)

This giveway is open to people in the UK only i'm affraid.

I will choose a winner at random, who is both a follwer and has left a comment.

See you soon!

Some of my favourites..

So my new camera lead arrived today, but it did the same thing as the old one, so it looks like its an internal problem. Not good!

But anyway I did manage to upload my pictures, but its still very dodgy!

So here are a few of my favourites from our week at Centre Parks..

I'll be back in a bit, with a scrappy post!

No Photos!!!!

I'm home from a lovely week away at Centre Parks.

It was a georgous week weather wise and we spent lots of time together doing various activities that were on offer..one of the main ones being the fab swimming pool.

When I tried to upload my pictures yesterday (all 291 of them - lol) my usb lead did not work!!! Not good! So I cannot upload my pictures. So I went into Hughes today and they cannot give me a new one. So I have had to order one which could take upto a week! Really not happy about this!

So for now these images will have to do...

This is the spa..where I was lucky enough to spend an afternoon..very lovely indeed...

This was the lake, where we enjoyed going on a Pedalow and sitting on the beach..

Lastly, this was the main village area and enterance to the sports plaza.

So, a lovely holiday, but a shame that I can't upload my pics!

As I have been away I'm affaid I have no scrapping to show (but even if I did, I would'nt be able to upload the pictures!)

But I am now off to work on a Sketch for the Papermaze blog, which will be up in a couple of weeks. I have an idea in my head..lets see if it goes to plan!

Be back soon..hopefully with some pictures!
