Kiss me Quick..

A page..and the only completed page from a day cropping on Saturday. I have been a bit slow lately with my scrapping, not feeling inspired.
But I'm pleased to say that I think that is now over. I am pleased with this page and created another last night which I love, using the new Echo Falls range. I have also been playing with the new Fancy Pants wishful thinking and I have another Otley crop kit to be working on.
Anyway this page is using Girls Paperie papers, which are very pretty. I have used a picture of Jacks two little friends, its such a cute pic of them having a quick kiss, I just had to scrap it.

I also used a Maya Road Kraft envelope and this Martha Stewart punch which I love.

Can I also thank everyone for voting for me on the ATDML blog, as I am very pleased to say that my layout won! So thank you very much for that!

Be back soon! X

Happy Birthday to me...

...and I have had a fab day!
I'm going to show you a few pics of my day...
Started by going into work..my having everyone singing happy birthday to me, getting a card and presents and chocolate cake! yummmy!

After work, I met my friend and her two girls for lunch followed by a play for the kiddies (which is upstairs from the resturant)

I then popped into town to buy an outfit for my night out on Saturday.
Then went off for a lovely meal with my family..
Very pretty present from my Godmother Debbie, which was a Martha Stuart punch..

Jack enjoyed his dinner..

A yummy dinner, followed by some family pics..

I'M 22!

So, all in all a lovely day! But still more celebrating to come, tomorrow night I am off to watch Sex and the City 2 with some friends and on Saturday I am scrapping all day followed by a night out for a meal and cocktails at Old Orleans with the ladies from work!
Don't forget to vote for my page on the A trip down memory lane blog (see post below for details) and today you can also check out my page for my Butterfly Crafts guest DT post here and here.

Im Back!

Just home from Lakeside as part of my birthday celebrations (which is on Tuesday). I have had a lovely day shopping with some friends. I am looking foward to continuing the celebrations during the week to come.
I have been busy with work this week and I have to say, not feeling very inspired to get scrapping. So instead today I am just showing you a few bits and bobs!
Firstly a few bits that I treated myself to this week from papermaze. I went for a drive out there earlier this week, mainly for some letters that I needed but also picked up this lovely lot. Including a Tim Holtz paper distresser which was half price!

I also brought this frame from Bhs this week as well, I plan to alter it and put it up in my newly decorated lime green living room!

Lastly, the second edition of the scrapbook inspirations idea book was out on Tuesday. So I can show you a sneak at my page that is in it! I can't wait to see the mag, when I recieve my copy!
You can buy the mag here, or buy it at Sainsburys and WHSmiths. (Although I have been to a few WHSmiths, including at Lakeside this morning and had no luck in finding it). I have seen the first edition a few times though..so hopefully it will pop up soon!
Thanks for looking!

My Weekend, Fun in the Sun LO and Prizes Post

Afternoon everyone!
Hope you are all enjoying your weekends I have had a lovely one so far. Yesterday we went to my friends little girls first birthday party..
Followed by a trip to the park and a BBQ and a night of Britians got Tallent.
This morning we went for a walk with some friends..this was my favourite picture..

Next, I am going to show you the page that I made from the Papermaze May Kit. I was unable to attend the crop day, due to our weekend away, but luckily I had a kit saved for me! I finnished it last week and here it is...

again, different to Vanessa's layout, but I do like to be different. I really loved this kit though. The ribbon I brought from the Scrapagogo shop at their crop day and thought it went well with this kit!

Finally, my prize from the Butterfly Crafts May challenge arrived on Friday..lots of lovely bits to play with! Thank you!

See you soon!

~ Create and Co Crop Results ~

Good morning to you all on this lovely sunny day!
Im back today with my post on my results from the create and co crop day last Saturday. I explained a little about the day a couple of posts ago, today I have finally finnished off the pages and photographed them!
These were the first two pages that I created using my own supplies ~ American Crafts Abode range and Cosmo Cricket De Lovely ~ both absolutly georgeous ranges!

I know, I have forgot an 'H' in this page, I have ran out of these lovely letters and must get some more!

On the day, the Scrapagogo shop was there and I used some of their twine and those really cute pegs on this layout. As well as my usual retro flower punches and pins!

As I mentioned before, we were deinatly spolit with a lucky dip prize and 5 different make and takes.
Here is my lucky dip prize, some lovely stamps!
On the day I took part in two of the classes and left the other projects to try out at home. The first was a layout, I did it a bit differently and added some of my own stash to make it more my own style. I am very pleased with my finnished result. I used a couple of pictures from the scrapbooking weekend away with my kits.
The second class item was a mini note book to hang on your tote. A really lovely idea.
My prize..

Thats all for now. Be back soon with a summery page!

Thanks for looking!
